South Goa MP Captain Viriato Fernandes criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign policy, alleging it has placed India in a difficult global position. He contrasted Modi’s approach with what he described as the strong and respected diplomatic legacy of former Prime Ministers Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi, and Dr. Manmohan Singh.
