Nerul SC edged past SAI Avtar Anjuna 6-5 in a dramatic penalty shootout to win the 35th All Goa St Anne’s Festival Inter-Village Soccer 25 tournament at Curti-Ponda. The final, organized by Ponda Footballers and witnessed by over 2000 fans, ended goalless in regulation time. Deu Sangelkar was named Man of the Match, while individual awards went to standout players from both teams. Gokulam FC coach Derrick Pereira was specially felicitated during the prize distribution.
