The Directorate of Transport has issued a monthly report of the accidents and Challans for the month November 2023.
As per the report, 200 road accidents out of which 18 were Fatal Accidents (North Goa – 08 and South Goa –10), 14 Grievous Accidents (North Goa – 09 and South Goa –05), 36 Minor Accidents (North Goa – 13 and South Goa – 23) and 132 Non – Injury Accidents (North Goa – 72 and South Goa –60). The total number of persons who lost their lives in road accidents are 18 (North Goa – 08 and South Goa – 10), 14 Riders, 01 P/Riders, 01 Driver, 01 Cyclist and 01 others lost their lives in these accidents. 19 people were Grievously Injured (North–10 and South –09) while 45 persons suffered Minor Injuries (North – 16, South – 29).
The Directorate of Transport has issued 8310 challans for the month of November 2023.
