Panaji: December 18, 2025::Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has informed that due to technical issues in the new software i.e. IAeSCM under SMART-PDS there was a delay in distribution of foodgrains to the beneficiaries (Ration Card holders). Therefore, distribution cycle is extended from December 22, 2025 to December 23, 2025 to enable the left out beneficiaries to collect their monthly entitled quota of foodgrains.
