Devacheam Bhurgeanchim Gitam, Volume 15′ with new liturgical hymns was released by Auxillary Bishop Simião Purificação Fernandes along with the members of the Diocesan Commission for Sacred Music and other dignitaries, yesterday morning, March 19, 2025, at Archbishop’s Palace, Altinho.
This volume is especially dedicated to Our Auxiliary Bishop Simião Purificação Fernandes.
The members of Diocesan Commission for Scared Music: Fr. Romeo Monteiro – Chancellor of Diocese & Director of Western Classical Music at Kala Academy, Panjim, Fr. Joaquim Loiola Pereira – Secretary to the Cardinal Filipe Neri Ferrão, Fr. Noel da Costa – Administrator of Diocese, Fr. Mathew Rebello – Music Professor at Rachol Seminary, Fr. Rolland Lin Fernandes – Parish Priest at Arambol, Fr. Mario De Souza, Fr. Seby Vaz, Fr. Simon Mathew D’Cunha – President of Goa Diocesan Commision for Sacred Music & Chaplain at St. Joaquim Chapel, Borda and other dignitaries were present for the function.
