PANJIM: Goa is set to host the DPDL Coaches Conference 2025, bringing together coaches, academy leaders, and football development professionals from across the state for an afternoon of learning, networking, and collaboration.
This year’s conference features a special international keynote by Hans Vander Elst, Director of Football at Double Pass, Senior Partner, UEFA PRO License Holder, and former Technical Director of Belgian Pro League club OHL.
Hans is a globally respected expert in sport-technical leadership, known for his contributions to football development models that have shaped academies and clubs in the Premier League, Bundesliga, J-League, MLS, and many other top leagues worldwide.
The session will provide valuable insights into the Double Pass Model, a globally recognized framework for talent identification, player development, and club structure optimization.
