Panaji : January 08, 2026 ::Goa University has selected the Football men team for participation at the AIU’s South West Zone Inter University Football Men Championship 2025-26 to be held at Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat from January 09 to 11, 2026. The kit distribution and farewell function for the teams was held at Sports Section, Goa University in the presence of Mr. Balachandra Jadar, University Asst. Director of Physical Education and Sports, Goa University, Mr. Dinesh Patil, Assistant Sports Officer, Goa University. Goa University’s football men team consists of Deva Verma, Vedant Naik, Mujafar Dhalayat, Aryan Salunke, Ajay Raj M, Joven Fernandes, Pratik Kale, Rohan Mangaonkar, Vishal Vargoankar, Nihar Naik, Aeren Figueiredo, Gale Nash D’costa, Garrison Fernandes, Ashnoy Gomes, Zaheer Khan, Clarrie Fernandes, Manjunath Chavhan, Gaurav Kavlekar, Adarsh Raj, Reihan Gomes, Sharmad Kurade and Atharv Desai.
