Panaji, February 09, 2026:The Roll Observer will be available for general public to receive their representations if any during his third visit on 12/02/2026 at 10.30 am in Conference Hall of this Collectorate North. The Election Commission of India, New Delhi has appointed Shri. Sandip Jacques, IAS Secretary (Revenue), as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa State during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026 of Electoral Roll w.r.t. 01/01/2026 as the qualifying date.
