Goan Reporter:RANDOMIZATION OF EVMs & VVPATs FOR BYE ELECTION TO 21-PONDA A.C

Panaji: March 21, 2026::Office of the Collector and District Election Officer, South Goa District has issued the first randomization of FLC-passed EVM’s and VVPATs that has been carried out by the District Election Officer to allocate machines for the bye-election to the 21-Ponda Assembly Constituency (A.C.) Detailed instructions on the first randomization of EVMs and VVPATs are provided in the Manual on Electronic Voting Machine, available on the Election Commission of India website: https://www.eci.gov.in/evm-vvpat.
