Goa Forest Development Corporation Limited (GFDCL) has invited individuals and Self-Help Groups to bid for the collection of cashew nuts and cashew apples from the various cashew plantations under the jurisdiction of GFDC in Goa. The time line for the auction/ bidding process is as follows:
The form for registration of the bidders will be sold through the respective ranges on receipt of one-time non-refundable payment of Rs. 500/- (plus GST per bidder/ SHG from October 15 to 31, 2026.
Bidding will be through sealed tender forms and both individual as well as SHG bids will be accepted. Sealed Tender/ bid boxes will be placed at each range office from November 1 to 4, 2026.
For Canacona range the tenders will be opened on November 4, 2026 at GFDCL, Range Office, Shelar, Canacona for more detail contact Shri Mahandas Naik, RFO – 9823987100. For Ponda range, the tenders will be opened on November 13, 2026 at GFDCL, Range Office, Shelar, Ponda for detail contact Shri Pranay Naik, RFO – 7798986166.
