Panaji, November 03, 2018 … Goa College of Engineering (GEC) bagged the first place at the All Goa Quiz inter-collegiate competition organized as part of the Vigilance Week celebration which concluded today. Nirmala Institute, Altinho came in second place while Goa Medical College came third. The consolation prize was given to Vidya Prabodhini.
Additional Secretary (Home), Shri Narayan Sawant, Additional Secretary (GA), Shri Amarsen Rane, Director (Vigilance), Shri. Sanjeev C. Gauns Dessai and Additional Secretary (Personnel), Shri. Yetindra Maralkar were present at the valedictory function marking the conclusion of the Vigilance Week celebrations. This year the theme of the Vigilance Week was ‘Eradicate Corruption-Build a New India.’
