Fr. Agnelo YSC Paroda registered a dominant 6–1 victory over Ugem Rising Club to secure a spot in the quarterfinals of the 17th St. Anthony Festival Cup, organised by St. Anthony SC Assolda and played at Moll Ground, Assolda, on Thursday.
Joy Fernandes was the star of the match, netting four goals in the 22nd, 29th, 35th, and 43rd minutes, while Nelson Fernandes added a brace in the 16th and 56th minutes. Pratamesh Gaonkar scored the lone goal for Ugem Rising Club in the 29th minute.
For his outstanding performance, Joy Fernandes was awarded the Man of the Match, presented by Francisco Afonso, General Secretary of Fr. Agnelo YSC Paroda.
