MLA Viresh Borkar accused the Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department of evading accountability by frequently using the term “sub judice” to avoid answering questions. He alleged the department was hiding information under the guise of legal proceedings. The Speaker assured a reply will be given tomorrow.
