Shri Vishram Borkar, Superintendent of Police, presently serving as ADC to Governor of Goa, has been promoted to Indian Police Service by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.
The news came to light while Shri Vishram Borkar was accompanying Shri P.S Sreedharan Pillai, Governor of Goa who was attending a programme organized by Trivandrum Press Club at Trivandrum. Kerala.
Governor of Goa congratulated Shri Borkar as soon as the news came to light. The Trivandrum Press Club congratulated and complimented him. Famous Malayalam Poet, Shri Madhusoodanan Nair honoured Shri Borkar by garlanding him during the function.
