Goan Reporter News: Cavelossim-Mobor Panchayat Urges Residents to Stop Feeding Dogs After 14 Bite Cases

With as many as 14 cases of dog bites being reported in Cavelossim -Mobor over the past several weeks, the panchayat has urged people not to feed dogs at any location. Village sarpanch Dixon Vaz has called on people who want to feed dogs to register with the panchayat and assist the already existing dog shelter facility on the beach.
