Curtorim Gymkhana secured a 2-1 victory over Fr. Agnel YSC Paroda to book their place in the quarterfinals of the 33rd Arlem Rolling Trophy, organised by Arlem Youth Association at Raia Panchayat ground on Tuesday.
Curtorim Gymkhana took the lead in the 12th minute through Aleewad Mascarenhas, but Fr. Agnel YSC Paroda quickly responded with an equaliser from Godwin Fernandes in the 14th minute. The match-winner came in the 48th minute, netted by Elton Mascarenhas of Curtorim Gymkhana.
Elton Mascarenhas was awarded the Man of the Match trophy at the hands of Johnson Cardoso.
