The SCERT is now registered as an autonomous body as “Goa State Council of Educational Research and Training” under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Central Act 21 of 1860) vide Registered No.156/Goa/2024 and now functions as a full – fledged autonomous body with effect from April 01, 2025.
