Goan Reporter: Pre-Matric Scholarship For Scheduled Tribe Students

The State Government has enhanced the financial assistance for Pre-Matric Scholarship scheme for scheduled Tribe students studying in class V^th to X^th for per annum.

As per scheme, the revised amount for Std. V^th to VIII^th is Rs.4290/-p.a and  for Std.  IX^th  to X^th is  Rs. 4950/-p.a.

Similarly, the Meritorious Scholarship for students Securing 50% marks and above in the qualifying exams has also been revised. The revised amount for Std.  V^th to VI^th  is Rs.1080/-p.a., for  Std. VII^th to VIII^th  is Rs.1200/-p.a., for Std.  IX^th is Rs.1320/-p.a. and for  Std. X^th  is Rs.1920/-p.a.

The applications for Pre-Matric Scholarship are required to be filed by the students on CM Scholarship Portal https://cmscholarship.goa.gov.in.
