Goan Reporter: Speeding Car Kills Dog, Injures Woman in Chicalim; Police Investigation Underway

One dog was killed, and a 35-year-old woman, Rani Bind, was grievously injured in an accident reported at Chicalim late Friday night. Sources say the woman was walking her pet dog when a speeding car hit her, then went on to crash into two more cars before jumping the divider and crossing to the other side of the road. Police investigation is ongoing.
