Panjim: December 08, 2025 ::The birth anniversary of Former Defence Minister and Former Chief Minister of Goa late Manohar Parrikar, will be observed on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Smriti Sthal, Miramar. The function will be held to commemorate the day, wherein the Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant alongwith other dignitaries will pay their homage by garlanding the statue followed by laying floral tributes at the Samadhi of late Manohar Parrikar, at the Smriti Sthal at Miramar, at 10:00 am.
