Goan Reporter::ECI APPOINTS ELECTORAL ROLL OBSERVER FOR GOA

Panjim: December 08, 2025::The Election Commission of India,  has appointed Shri Sandip Jacques, IAS Secretary (Revenue), as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa State during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Roll w.r.t. 01/01/2026 as qualifying date.     The Roll Observer will be available for general Public to receive their representations if any on 18/12/2025 at 10.30 am in the Conference Hall, Collectorate North, Panaji Goa. The General Public can also approach the Roll Observer in his office located in Chamber No. 102, 2^nd Floor, Secretariat, Porvorim, Bardez Goa 403521 or contact him on landline No. 0832 2419411, 2419620.
