Directorate of Museum will be organizing a one day symposium to mark the foundation day of Goa State Museum on September 29, 2026 at 10 am at Goa Science Centre Auditorium, Miramar, Panaji.
The symposium will be held on ` Role of Museums in conserving heritage and history of Goa` and programme will be inaugurated by Centre Head, Goa Science Centre Shri. A.K.Bhelave.
Assistant Superintending Archaeologist, Archaeological Survey of India, Goa Circle Dr.Kishore Raghubans will deliver keynote address on the occasion.
Researchers, students and experts across the Goa will participate in the programme.
