The Institute Menezes Braganza, Panaji will be organizing ‘Multiligual Kavi Sammelan’ on the Eve of Independence Day on August 14, 2026 at the Conference hall of Institute Menezes Braganza from 3.30 p.m onwards. This is regular activity of the Institute which is held on the Eve of Independence Day.
The institutes have invited 25 poets from across State in the languages i.e. Konkani, Marathi, Hindi, Sanskrit and English. The main aim of this Kavi Sammelan is to give boost to the Goan poets in different languages and particularly to the youths of Goa.
Shri Vasant Sawant will preside over the poets meet. Chariman of IMB, Shri Dashrath Parab, Membeer Secretary of IMB Shri Ashok V. Parab and other dignitaries will be present for the programme.
