Directorate of Health Services in association with Tricog Health will be organizing the National CVD Summit 2026 from September 25 to 27, 2026 in Goa.

The summit focusing on Cardiovascular disease will bring together healthcare professionals, cardiologists, clinicians, experts, policymakers and other key stakeholders from across the country for discussions and knowledge exchange on strengthening cardiovascular care in India.

The Minister for Health, Shri Vishwajit Rane will inaugurate the summit, marking the beginning of scientific discussions, expert sessions and conversations focused on advancing cardiovascular healthcare. Inaugural ceremony will be held on Sepember 26, 2026 at  9.30 a.m at Elements by Rosetta, Varca.

National CVD summit will be focusing on the Goa STEMI programme which connects primary health centres and district hospitals to specialist cardiac care through a hub-and –spoke network is one of the most closely watches state health initiatives in the country. Over three days, senior officials  from the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, NITI Aayog, the National Health Mission, State Health Departments and cardiologists from across India will examine what Goa has built and what the rest of the country can adopt from it.
