The vehicles lying for a long period in the jurisdiction of the Traffic Cell, Margao area, Salcete which are causing obstruction, inconvenience and potential hazards to the public, are requested to submit their claims alongwith the documentary evidence to the office of the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate – I, Margao within the period of 06 months from the date of publication of this press note.
If no objection are received within the stipulated period, the vehicles will be forfeited in favour of the State Government and will be disposal of through public auction as provided under law or through such mode as approved by the office and no further claims will be entertained from any one thereafter and the proceeds will be forfeited to the Government.
The list of all identified vehicles is available at the Office of the Deputy Collector and SDM-I, Margao.
