  Panaji : November 20,  2025::The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs will be organizing the “Viksit Bharat Young Leaders 22nd State Youth Festival” on  December 01 and 02, 2025 at Kala Academy, Panaji. The festival aims to provide a platform for youth to showcase their cultural talents. The first place winner at the State level will be deputed for the National Youth Festival 2026 in 05 events.Various State level competitive programs such as group folk  dance, group folk song, story writing, painting, declamation, poetry, photography and rangoli will be held and the winners at the State Level will represent Goa at National Youth Festival 2026, except for photography and rangoli will culminate at the State level.The applications are invited in prescribed proforma maximum 01 entry in Group Events and maximum 04 entries in Individual through the Educational Institutions, Youth Clubs, Musical Institutions, Registered Youth Groups and State  Department  from the deserving and eligible youth in the age group of 15 to 29 yrs, i.e. participants should not be less than 15 yrs and not more than 29 yrs of age as on   September 01,  2025 to participate in the State Youth Festival. Participant can take part in only one event. Age group for 02 accompanists can be between 18 to 40 years. Number of participants in the group event will be 10 participants plus 02 accompanists. Story writing, photography and rangoli competition will culminate at State Level only. All the applications duly filled in enclosing the relevant age proof, Aadhar Card or Birth Certificate and Bank details (Bank Passbook Copy) should be submitted online on the link https://forms.gle/Zb6rHHjm6Wntkucn9  on or before   November 28, 2025.Also the criteria for the above mentioned events and link are uploaded on the Website of office of the Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs, Campal, Panaji www.dsya.goa.gov.in.Applications received after the due date will be not entertained.
