Panaji, February 10, 2026:The Roll Observer will be available for general public to receive their representations if any during his third visit on February 12, 2026 at 4.00 Pm in  room no.407, Seminar hall, Mathany Saldanha Administrative complex, forth floor, Fatorda. The Election Commission of India, New Delhi has appointed Shri. Sandip Jacques, IAS Secretary (Revenue), as the Electoral Roll Observer for Goa State during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR), 2026 of Electoral Roll w.r.t. January 01, 2026 as the qualifying date. The General Public can also approach the Roll Observer in his office located in Chamber No. 205, 3rd Floor, Secretariat, Porvorim, Bardez Goa 403521 or contact him on landline no. 0832 2419420, 2419646.
