December 11, 2012 ….. Goa Chief Minister Shri Manohar Parrikar has appealed to his well wishers not to spend on flowers and advertisements to celebrate his birthday on December 13 and instead contribute the money in the CM’s Relief Fund which in turn will benefit the poor and needy.
Chief Minister will be available on his birthday at party headquarters during scheduled times all throughout the day.
