08-07-2013 … The state congress party would soon move a breach of privilege motion against chief minister manohar parrikar for going against his words on casinos in the last state assembly session where in parrikar had mentioned that he would use casino money for old aged home people along with alzeimers patients and others

Addressing media person congress spokesperson and curtorim mla reginaldo lourenco said that that motion would be moved in next week before the speaker of goa legislative assembly rajendra arlekar due to the change of statements made by the chief minister on casinos issues

Commenting over the casinos issue Reginaldo also alleged that chief minister manohar parrikar was also making all out efforts to get floating casinos in zuari river by conniving with mpt chairman p mara pandiyan and also was in the process of giving a new licenses to start an off shore casino at pebble brook in porvorim belonging to a delhi based group
