Goan Reporter News: President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu leaves from Goa after her three day visit to the State.

President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu left Goa this afternoon after her three day visit to the State.  The President was accorded warm farewell at see off by Governor, Shri P.S. Sreedharan Pillai and Chief Minister, Dr Pramod Sawant at INS Hansa, Dabolim.
Union Minister of State, Shri Shripad Naik; Speaker, Shri Ramesh Tawadkar; Protocol Minister, Shri Mauvin Godinho; Chief Secretary, Shri Puneet Kumar Goel, IAS; Director General of Police, Shri Jaspal Singh, IPS; Secretary, Protocol, Shri Sanjit Rodrigues, IAS were present on the occasion.
Earlier, the President visited the Heritage church of Basilica of Bom Jesus and later paid respect at Shree Shantadurga Temple, Kawlem and Shree Mahalsa Temple, Verna.
Governor of Goa, Shri P.S. Sreedharan Pillai, Chief Minister, Dr.Pramod Sawant, Power Minister, Shri Ramkrishan alias Sudin Dhavalikar and Social Welfare Minister, Shri. Subhash Phaldesai escorted the President during her visit to the Church and Temples.
