29/10/2014 ….  Members of the movement for special status for goa on Tuesday met chief minister Manohar and submitted a memorandum outlining some of the measures that could be taken up by the state government as long as the issue of special status was finalized

In their memorandum the members pointed out to the state government asking to prohibit agricultural land from being transferred to persons who were not resident of goa for a minimum period of 30 yrs …

Mr lobo said that development in villages should be not more than ground plus one and government should act on such measures as fast as possible
