Goan Reporter: MLA Venzy Viegas Proposes Postal Stamp to Honour St. Joseph Vaz

MLA Capt. Venzy Viegas recommended that a commemorative postal stamp be issued in honour of St. Joseph Vaz, the Patron Saint of Goa and a native of Benaulim. He urged the government to take up the matter with the postal department to recognize the saint’s contributions and legacy.
