Goan reporter :::: Its unfortunate that this govt is sick and sleepy and least bothered of commuters in the state. Though new bridges is managed by central pwd dept, state govt has been least bothered to take care of diversions at the ongoing work of the new bridge at zuari with no police officers at the junctions. If govt cannot manage than ask atleast army to manage it. Sad that it takes more than 3 hours to cross the zuari bridge says Sardinha. Why pwd do not close potholes with cold mix

Previous articleGoan reporter :::: On Tue 14 Aug A site inspection was jointly carried out by the Police, NHAI and PWD with staff from the CMO. The DGP spoke passionately about traffic discipline and road safety. The DGP was satisfied that safety aspects were being kept paramount. The NHAI staff assured that The repairs were ongoing and would continue on a war footing. The problems being primarily the weather and no dry window of time for repairs. As an advisory, citizens and tourists are requested to cooperate with the Police and start early, for flights and time dependent movements.
