Panaji: March 27, 2026: District Magistrate, North Goa has notifies extension of time period to prohibit entry and plying of Heavy Commercial Goods Vehicles (HCGV) (Multi Axel Vehicles) on the stretch of roads from foothill of Chorla Ghat on NH-748AA on the Keri to Belgaum road to the following routes to & fro, for the period from March 26, 2026 to September 26, 2026 except between 10:00 pm to 05:00 am.
Routes are as follows; from Dattawadi, Sankhali junction to the end of Goa State border on the Goa-Belgavi NH-748AA on the Chorla Ghat, from (PHC) Sankhali Junction to end of the Goa State border on NH-748AA on Chorla Ghat, Honda Junction to end of the Goa State border on NH-748AA on Chorla Ghat and from Industrial Training Institute, Honda Sattari to Village Panchayat Morlem, Sattari.
