Panaji: May 01, 2026: The Government has declared Sunday, the May 10, 2026 as a “Paid Holiday” being the “Polling Day” for the Bye Elections to Ward No.VII of Village Panchayat Pissurlem, Ward No.I of Village Panchayat Dongurli Thane, Ward No.III of Village Panchayat Batim and Ward No.I of Village Panchayat Verna.
The holiday will be a “paid holiday” to the workers of the following establishments, provided they are the voters for the aforesaid Bye election.
The workers of all establishments including commercial and industrial undertakings in the State of Goa and daily wage/casual workers employed in any business, trade, industrial undertakings, Government departments, State Government Industrial Departments or any other establishment.
