A Small Arms Firing by INS Hansa, Dabolim at Cavelossim will be held on May 29, 2026. There is no danger to civilian population and property in vicinity of the range. All small arms weapons fired by this unit will land on target area which is well within the Cavelossim range. As such residents are advised not to be alarmed by sound of firing.
However, the pulic are prohibited from proceeding to the Beach front adjoining the Cavellossim range as it falls in the danger area. The fishing boats/ recreation boats are also prohibited in the area 2 Km seaward of the Cavelossim range.
