ASSESSMENT CAMPS FOR DIVYANGJAN

Panaji : May 13, 2025 :: The Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Government of Goa, in collaboration with the Office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and the Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation in association with ALIMCO (a Govt. of India undertaking) has organized Assessment Camps across all talukas of Goa from May 20th to June 02nd 2025 from 10.00 am to 05.00 pm in all talukas of Goa.

These camps aim to identify eligible Divyangjan (PwDs) for free distribution of aids and appliances under the ADIP Scheme as part of Swayampurna Goa 2.0 and Inclusive Goa initiatives.

List of Venues for ADIP Assessment Camps is as follows;

         Sanguem at Sarvajanik Ganesh Utsav Mandal, Rivona on May 20, 2025; Quepem at College of Arts/Commerce & Science, Quepem on May 21, 2025; Canacona at Ravindra Bhavan, Canacona on May 22, 2025; Curchorem at Chetna Education Society, Curchorem on May 23, 2025; Dharbandora at Office of the Deputy Collector, Dharbandora on May 24, 2025; Ponda at Ponda Sports Complex, (Behind Indoor Stadium) Ponda on May 25, 2025; Panjim at College of Pharmacy, Tiswadi on May 26, 2025; Vasco at Sanjay Centre School, Vasco on May 27, 2025; Margao at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao on May 28, 2025; Valpoi at Valpoi Bus Stand (Marriage Hall), Valpoi on May 30, 2025; Pernem at Sohirobanath Ambiye College, Pedne on May 31, 2025; Mapusa at Peddem Sports Complex, Mapusa on June 01, 2025 and Sanquelim at Ravindra Bhavan Sanquelim, Sanquelim on June 02, 2025.

Over 11800 PwDs across Goa will be personally contacted via phone calls informing them about the camp’s scheduled date, time and venue.

Divyangjans who have 40% disability (UDID Certificate), Monthly income below 22,500(with valid income proof), Aadhaar and Address proof, No aid received in the last 3 years (1 year for children under 18 for specific items) are eligible for these camps.

Locomotor, Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities will be covered in this camp.

All eligible persons are requested to attend this camp, with necessary documents.
