Mandopa Sports Club claimed a convincing 3-1 victory over SCC Lotoulim in the tiebreaker to reach the last four of the Simon Barreto Memorial Inter-Village Football Tournament, organized by Maina Sports Club at the DYSA ground, Curtorim, on Saturday.

The match ended in a 0-0 draw at full time, with neither team managing to break the deadlock. In the tiebreaker, Mandopa SC scored through Nash Pereira, Ronaldo Pereira, and Noah Luis, while SCC Lotoulim’s Ignatius D’Silva was their sole scorer.

Veroy Fernandes of SCC Lotoulim was awarded the Man of the Match for his outstanding performance.
