Panaji : July 18, 2018 …. The Goa Special School Association is organizing 5th All Goa Drama Festival on July 20, 2018 at 9.30 a.m. in Dinanath Mangueshkar Hall, Kala Academy, Panaji in collaboration with Directorate of Art and Culture.
200 differently-abled children from 17 such schools in Goa will participate. Minister for Art and Culture, Shri Govind Gaude will be Chief Guest and Shri Prakash Kamat, Senior Editor- Hindu will be the Guest of honour.
