Goan Reporter News: Goa Launches PWD Mobile App for Streamlined Public Grievance Handling

In an effort to streamline the handling of public grievances the “PWD Goa Mobile App” is available to handle grievances related to drinking water, sewerage, portholes, speed breakers and road signages. The Mobile App is available on iOS and Android platforms and can be downloaded from the respective App store. The App provides the Department with accurate information about the location of fault and affected assets, so they can ensure prompt redressal. Citizens can follow the status of the complaint in the app, and get a notification when their complaint is resolved.

A 24×7 help-desk is also available for the benefit of the general public at the following phone numbers (7030055136, 7030055036). However, people are encouraged to use the Mobile App to help the Department respond more effectively.
