The police outpost at Chandor, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Maina Curtorim Police Station, is in a dilapidated condition. Today, Cuncolim MLA Yuri Alemao along with other officials conducted an inspection of the outpost. The MLA stated that necessary works should begin at the earliest.
Villagers from Guddi, Chandor, Girdolim, Macazana, and nearby areas are facing difficulties due to the poor condition of the outpost. For any complaints, they are currently forced to travel 10 to 12 kilometers to the Maina Curtorim Police Station.
