Sporting Club Davorlim were crowned champions of the Cana Benaulim Panchayat Cup after a dramatic 7–6 tiebreaker victory over Guardian Angel SC in a rain-soaked final at the packed St John the Baptist Panchayat ground in Benaulim. The holiday crowd was treated to a thrilling contest full of passion and resilience. Davorlim started strongly, dominating possession and pressing high, and were rewarded in the 22nd minute when Alent Colaco scored a clinical goal to give them a 1–0 lead at halftime. In the second half, Guardian Angel SC fought back with determination and equalised through a calmly converted penalty by Cyril Dias. With the score tied 1–1 at full time, the match headed into a tense penalty shootout, where Davorlim held their nerves and emerged victorious with precise finishing. The prize distribution ceremony was graced by dignitaries including Fr. Nicholas (Delhi Archdiocese), Fr. Johnsie Colaco, Sarpanch Xavier Pereira, GFA Vice President Anthony Pango, and GFA Executive Member Anthony Leo Fernandes, along with other officials and club representatives. Individual honours were awarded to Alent Colaco (First Scorer & Best Midfielder), Jayson Dias (Best Striker), Francisco Colaco (Best Goalkeeper), and Kayden Rodrigues (Upcoming Player of Benaulim).
