District Magistrate, North Goa District has prohibited aerial photography, videography and flying of any Unmanned Aerial equipments in any form on account of the visit of the VVIP to Goa upto 2 kms radius around Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, Dona Paula, newly constructed building at Chimbel, Old Goa, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, Bambolim and 2 kms radius from the route NH 66 from Zuari bridge to Merces circle, from GMC service road up to Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, Dona Paula and NH 748 from Merces Circle up to Old Goa.
The order has been issued ahead of visit of VVIP to Goa from September 5, 2026 to September 7, 2026 and various security arrangements are being undertaken.
