Goa University organised Inter Collegiate Kabaddi Championship for Men & Women from September 7th to 10th, 2026 at SAG’s Multi-purpose Indoor Stadium, Peddem, Mapusa-Goa.
In Mens category : Shree Mallikarjun and shri chetan Manju Desai College of Arts & Commerce, Canacona won the Inter Collegiate Kabaddi Men Championship 2026-27 by defeating Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College and Research Centre, Assagao by a score of 56-42.
Earlier in the semis finals Shree Mallikarjun and shri chetan Manju Desai College of Arts & Commerce, Canacona defeated M.E.S Vasant Joshi College of Arts & Commerce, Zuarinagar by a final score of 37-35 and Dnyanprassarak Mandal’s College and Research Centre, Assagao defeated Vidya Prabodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management, Porvorim with score of 69-32.
While in Womens category,GVM’s Gopal Govind Poy Raiturcar College of Commerce and Economics, Farmagudi, Ponda won the Inter Collegiate Kabaddi Women Championship 2026-27 by defeating Shree Mallikarjun and shri chetan Manju Desai College of Arts & Commerce, Canacona with a score of 64-41.
