Mapusa P.S. Cr. No. 317/2015 u/s 454, 380 r/w 34 IPC
On 21.09.2015, Mr. Vasim Raffic Khan r/o Xelpem, Dhuler, Mapusa complained that on 21.09.2015 at 16.00 hrs at Municipal Market, Mapusa shop styled as Ronaldos H. Corner, Readymade garments shop, accused Srishant Saju Rathod and two unknown male persons, age about 20 yrs, all r/o Vasco with their common intention effected entry into his garment shop by push opening locked entrance glass door and decamped with cash of Rs. 16,000/- and cloths.
During the course of investigation accused Srishant Saju Rathod has been arrested and cash of Rs. 6000/- has been recovered at the instance of the accused.
Porvorim P.S. Cr. No. 106/2015 u/s 279, 337 IPC
On 20.09.2015 at 08.10 hrs accused lady driver of Wagon R Car No. GA-08-K-3813 namely Urainita d/o Julio Pedro Andrade, age 24 yrs, r/o Ambhajim Fatorda, Margao while proceeding from Candolim towards Betim direction drove her vehicle in rash and negligent manner and when reached near Bharat Petrol Pump, Verem to Betim road without taking proper precautions while overtaking another vehicle collided with Hero Honda M/Cycle No.GA-03-L-2969 coming from opposite direction as a result of which the rider of the said M/Cycle namely Yunis Musharaf Mogre, age 25 yrs, r/o Ramnagar Betim sustained head injury.
Porvorim P.S. Cr. No. 106/2015 u/s 279, 337 IPC
On 21.09.2015, Smt. Sumitra w/o late Bhaskar Gadkar r/o Salvador de Mundo, complained that on 21.09.2015 at 16.00 hrs at Paithan, accused Anand s/o Bhaskar Gadkar r/o Paithan Salvador de Mundo who is the son of the complainant abused her in filthy language and further assaulted with Iron pipe on her head, left elbow and left wrist thereby caused grievous injury to her.
Accused Anand Bhaskar Gadkar has been arrested.

Margao Town PS Cr. No. 358/2015 u/s 143, 144, 147, 341, 324, 504 r/w 149 IPC
That on 21/09/2015 at 04.25 hrs. registered an offence upon the complaint of Shri Ranjit s/o Gatindranath Samanata, that on 20/09/2015 at 23.55 hrs. at Khareband bridge, Margao, Goa, accused persons namely (1) Shyam Jamuni r/o Housing Board, Margao, (2) Yellapa, (3) Prakash, (4) Bhishan, (5) Ramu, all r/o Kharebhand, Margao, and 20 unknown persons gave bad words in filthy language to the person who was playing DJ music for putting the music off and further with their common object formed an unlawful assembly armed with deadly weapons over the issue for making the music off and wrongly restrained him and his colleagues. In furtherance assaulted complainant with steel pipe on his head, assaulted Prashant Samanata with wooden log on his abdomen and hands, further threw him in bushes. Also assaulted Ganesh Jha with beer bottles on his head and also assaulted Pradeep Samanta with fist blows and kicks on his body, due to which they sustained injuries. Further investigation is in progress.
Margao Town PS Cr. No. 359/2015 u/s 420 IPC
That on 21/09/2015 at 19.30 hrs. registered an offence upon the complaint of Shri Antonio s/o Vpenando Cardim, aged 53 yrs., Occ- Buisness, r/o H.No.541, Dialgon, Navelim, Salcete, Goa, that on 28/05/2015, TNK, at behind Grace Nursing Home, Margao, Goa, accused Sadiq Saleh, r/o A-11/26, 2nd floor, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, induced the complainant to supply electronic items i.e. 2 fridge and 3 AC and falsely promised to pay the bills after delivery of goods and further on receipt of goods sold the same to the third party and disappeared without paying the bill, thereby cheated the complainant to the tune of Rs. 1,21,000/-. Further investigation is in progress.
Ponda PS Cr. No.240/15 u/s 279, 337, 338 IPC
That on 21/09/2015 at 20.30 hrs. Shri Sandip Khazankar, HC- 5685 of Ponda PS lodged his complaint on behalf of state that on 19/09/2015 at 13.50 hrs. at Muslimwada, Bhoma, accused Pankaj s/o Prakash Bandekar, aged 30 yrs., r/o Punalo, Ucassaim, Bardez, Goa, driver of Alto car bearing registration No. GA-03-P-3827, drove the same in a rash & negligent manner endangering to human life, while proceeding from Panaji towards Ponda direction and when reached near Muslimwada, Bhoma, dashed against oncoming Discover M/cycle bearing registration No. GA-05-E-8430 and further dashed against Aviator scooter bearing registration No. GA-05-K-7601, thereby causing grievous injuries to the rider and pillion rider of Discover M/cycle namely Sudesh Keshav Naik, aged 44 yrs., and Smt. Suvedha w/o Sandesh Naik, aged 35 yrs., both r/o H.No.172, Apewal, Priol and the rider of Aviator scooter namely Somaulla s/o Kalander Javali, aged 38 yrs., r/o Mangalwada, Corlim, Tiswadi. The case is under investigation.
VascoPS Cr. No. 133/15 u/s 379 IPC
That on 21/09/2015 at 20.30 hrs. Shri Siddesh s/o Shrikant Mahambre, aged 33 yrs., r/o Flat No. 502, Sunset Lagoon, Destero, Vasco, lodged his complaint that between 20/09/2015 at 08.00 hrs to 09.00 hrs. of 21/09/2015, at Ananta Ashram Hotel, Vasco, unknown accused person/s committed theft of his Hero Honda Passion bearing registration No. GA-01-K-6999, having Chassis No. 01C21C17306, Engine No. 01C2M17772, Model- 2001, W/Rs. 10,000/-. appox. which was parked in an open public place. Further investigation is in progress.
