It its executive committee meeting held on Monday under the new party leader and former revenue minister jose Philip dsouza the state ncp party had set its goals of identifying a total of 15 constituencies in its first round ahead of the upcoming state assembly elections
Mr dsouza also stated that the state ncp party would go together to take its party to greater heights
