The Directorate of Education has announced the winners of the “Mhaji Lab, Bari Lab — Goa State Best ICT Laboratory Award Scheme” for the Academic Year 2025-26.

Fr. Agnel High School, Pilar (Category A) and  G. S. Amonkar Vidya Mandir, Mapusa (Category B) are the winning  institutions in North Goa. Sarvodaya Education Society’s Higher Secondary School, Barazan, Usgao, Ponda (Category A) and Holy Rosary Convent High School, Nuvem, Salcete (Category B) are the winners in South Goa.  Government High School, Ambaulim, Quepem (Category A) and PM SHRI Government High School, Gaval Khol, Canacona (Category B) are the winners in Kushavati District.

Under the scheme, three awards of  Rs. 2,00,000/- each are given under Category A, with one winning ICT laboratory from each district, while three awards of Rs. 3,00,000/- each are given under Category B with one winning ICT laboratory from each district.

The Directorate of Education has congratulated all the winning schools and appreciates the efforts of the school authorities, teaching & non-teaching staff and students in strengthening ICT infrastructure and promoting the effective use of technology in the school environment..
