Panaji, November 12, 2017 … The Goa Commission for SC/ST has decided to organize a seminar for Government servants belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes on November 12, 2017 at 3.00 p.m to 5.30 p.m. at Auditorium Hall, institute Menezes Braganza Hall, Panaji Goa. Minister for Tribal Welfare , Shri Govind Gaude, Tourism Minister, Shri Manohar Ajgaonkar, Chairman of Goa State Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation Ltd. Shri Durgadas Gaude will be present on the occasion.
The main aim of the seminar is to make awareness of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Maintenance of Roster in Government offices.
