Mr. Venkatesh Bhat  r/o  Near Mahalaxmi temple, Panaji complaint  to the effect that in the year  2012 on several  occasion  at TNK  when  he  along with  his wife  Mrs.  Violet  Lobo  visited  his house  at  H.No.126, Redkar  House,  Near Mahalaxmi temple, Panaji accused 1)  Miss  Sudha  Bhat, 2) Smt. Pooja  Bhat  both r/o H.No.126, Redkar house,  near Mahalaxmi Temple,  Panaji  his sister  and  sister in law  with  their  common  intention  wrongfully  restrained  them  from  effecting  entry  into  the house  at H.No.126, Redkar House  near, Mahalaxmi  temple,  Panaji and abused  them in  filthy words and  assaulted. On 11.01.13, one Remisha fernandes, age 23 yrs.  r/o  shiroda  expired  while undergoing treatment at Appolo hospital Margao as a case of Rattol Poisoning at her  Residence. Death of deceased in within seven years of her marriage. U.D.NO.7/13 u/s 176 Cr. P. C. stand sregistered.

MAPUSA PS: Mr. John Fernandes r/o Karaswada, Mapusa complained that on 11.01.13 at 02.00 hrs.  at Bastora,  accused  persons  1)  Santappan  Targal, age 35 yrs.  r/o Karnataka, 2)  Mohan  Karwar, age 25 yrs.  r/o Gokak, 3)  Prakash  Dubhale, age 27 yrs.  r/o Karnataka  all occupants of Mahindra and Mahindra Goods carrier pick up  were caught  while  committing  mischief  by   pigs  with their  common  intention  by transporting  them  by  above vehicle  in a  manner subjecting them to unnecessary pain and  slaughtering. Accused arrested and kept in PC. Cr.No.09/13 u/s 429 r/w 34 and Sec 11 (1) (a) (b) of Prevention of cruelty Act 1960 stands registered. PSI S. Lokre is I.O.

PORVORIM PS: On 11.01.13, one Vidhya w/o laxmipatti Reddy, age 20 yrs.  r/o Porvorim was found hanging in rented room at Shatinagar Porvorim. Body preserved in GMC Morgue Bambolim. U.D.No.02/13 u/s 174 Cr. P. C. stands registered.  PSI Videsh Shirodkar is I. O.

2) Shri Subhash Sonu Kalangutkar r/o Police Qtrs.  Porvorim complained that on 10.01.13 at 10.30 hrs.  at Police qtrs. Porvorim, accused Ashish  Shirodkar, age 41 yrs. r/o Police  Qtrs. Porvorim trespassed into his  house  and  assaulted  him  with fist blows  and left  eye and helmet on hand  and further accused  hit the  complainant  with  wooden danda  and  abdomen, thereby causing grievous injury. Umesh Fadte, PC B.No.4811, PSO to tourism Minister, CID Security Unit complained that on 11.01.13 at 09.30 hrs.  at O’ Coqueiro,  Porvorim  accused  driver of  Vehicle No.GA-03-H-2440  drove  the same in a rash and negligent manner, while endangering  human life  while  proceeding  from  Calangute to Mapusa  and gave bed words  to  him. ANJUNA PS; On 13.01.13, one Ulka, age 35 yrs. Details Not known was found lying dead behind the house of Sheetak Kerkar Panch member. Body preserved in GMC Morgue Bambolim.  PSI Mahesh Kerkar is I.O.

CALANGUTE PS: Victim lady complained that on 11.01.12 at about 14.00 hrs.  at Calangute Beach, two Indian tourist with their  common intention caught hold  her Stomach, thigh and  legs  and her friend   thereby  outraged the modesty  while  swimming in the  sea water. VERNA PS: Complaint on behalf of the State that on 11.01.13 between 16.15 hrs.  to 17.00 hrs.  at Utorda  in an  open filed  accused  Felix  Carvalho  and Ivo  Fernandes  both  r/o  Utorda,  Salcete organized  a bull fight  between their  He-buffaloes  for the  entertainment of Public and thereby subjecting  cruelty to animals. MARGAO TOWN PS: Salvador s/o Methew Diad, age 52 yrs. r/o St. Jose de areal complained that on 11.01.13 at 17.40 hrs.  at under fly over bridge,  behind Gandhi  market,  Margao accused 1)  Shabbir 2) Jyoti ( full name and address not known) with their  common intention robbed one gold chain W/rs.85,000/-, 2) one Nokia Mobile W/rs.8000/-, 3) one  wallet of  brown color  bag containing  Kuwait, cash of Rs.45,000/-, wrist watch  W/rs.40,000/- all W/rs.1,37,500/-. QUEPEM PS: Complaint on behalf of the State that on 11.01.13 at 12.35 hrs.  near  Petrol  Pump,  Quepem  Accused namely Subhash s/o Parshappa  Sirsat r/o  Quepem  N/o  Bijapur driver of  Ashok Leyland vehicle bearing No.GA-09-U-3039 while taking  reverse in a fast speed without taking  care and precaution run over  the body  of pedestrian  Smt. Santalina  d/o Manuel   Mascarehnas, age 52 yrs.  r/o  Sirvol  Quepem,  thereby  caused  grievous  injuries  to her  leg and  other parts  of the body  and while  under  treatment at  Hospicio  Hospital  Margao, the  injured  lady  expired.    PANAJI PS:Mr. Shivanand Vishwanath Sheleker R/O Porvorim lodged his complaint to the effect that on 22.11.2012 TNK 1) Sunil D’Souza and 2) Pravin Bhair who claimed to be the representatives of Reliance communication under the pretext to install direct house TV reception induced him to give  two cheques of Rs. 47/- and 29/- respectively in forms of Reliance  communication and while doing this, accused person diverted his attention by asking him to bring the PAN card and photograph and committed the theft of two cheques bearing No. 812925 and 812928 from the said cheque book and withdrawn the cash of    Rs. 46000/- and 11,000/- respectively. CR. No. 00/13 is registered u/s 465,468,380,420IPC and further forwarded to PI Porvorim for investigation.

2) Shri Jivandas Ingle, Asst. P. F .Commissioner complained to the effect that on 06.01.2013 at 19.20 hrs, near Sharada Mandir at Miramar, driver of vehicle No. GA-07-K-9699 (Name address not known) abused him and his brother in law Dr. Kunal Sonavane with filthy and insulting language. During the scuffle, accused driver snatched his gold chain weighing 20 gms, and insulted the modesty of his wife. CR. No. 15/13 u/s 30-7,392,323,504,506,427 IPC stands registered. Mapusa P.S. Victim lady complained that on 08.01.2013 at 08.00hrs one Melwyn Fernandes R/O Calvin, Aldona who slowed down his Scorpio vehicle and on seeing her abused her in bad words. Further the accused made filthy gesture with his right hand fingers and thereby insulted her modesty. In this regards Cr. No. 8/13 u/s 504, 509 registered and ASI S.V.Naik is IO.

Bicholim P.S.  Mr. Sudhir Manjreker, Technical Asst., Directorate of Mines and Geology, Panaji complained that on 8/1/13 at 01.10 hrs, at Vathadev, Sarvan,  Bicholim,  accused Balkrishna Dhawaskar and three others were caught red handed while doing illegal extraction of mine, mineral and illegal transportation of mine mineral by tipper truck No. GA-04-T-1813. In this regards Cr. No. 02/13 u/s Rules 03 & 38 of Goa, Daman & Diu Mine Mineral Concession Rules 1985 is registered. PSI Gauresh Parab is investigating.

Sanguem PS: Mr.Sadashiv Virbhadra Tarihal R/o Sanguem lodged his complaint that prior to 04.01.2013 at 12.30hrs accused 1. Sandesh Kossambe 2. Darma Kossambe both R/o Sanguem, committed theft by using tipper truck of construction materials worth Rs.75,000/- which was stored at Borchemol- Sanguem in an open place. Colva P.S.: Mr. Roy Karl Fylking R/o Sweden lodged his complaint that on 08.01.2013 at 19.45hrs complainant and his family proceeding to Betalbhatim by walk at that time, two unknown person came on M/C from behind and snatched  the shoulder bag of his wife  containing phone and cash worth Rs.53,000/-. Rajput R/o Navelim Margao lodged his complaint that                                                                 on 07.01.2013 at 23.30 hrs to 08.01.2013 at 08.00hrs accused 1.Sumit Gunaji Pradhan R/o Margao 2. PANAJI PS: Shri Abdul Rehman r/o Scuba Diving in Goa   Merces complained that on 25.12.12 at 01.15  near  Children’s  garden Campal,, unknown  accused person  rode his Activa  scooter in a  rash and negligent  manner and  on reaching  near  Childrens  garden Campal, without  taking proper cautions took his  scooter  towards right side  and dashed  to pulsar  M/Cycle  No.GA-07-F-0731  as a result of the impact  he fell down on the  road and  sustained  fracture  injury to his  left  leg. CALANGUTE PS: Mr. Manohar Parulkar complained that between 23.00 hrs. on 26.12.12 to 09.15 hrs. on 27.12.12 un shop  No.441 B Web  World, Wadi-Candolim, unknown accused   person effected  entry into his  shop by  breaking  the wire  net  fitted  to the  hole of  exhaust  fan and committed  theft of  cash of Rs.8,00,000/- including  both  Indian  and  foreign currency. PONDA PS: Shri Irfan s/o Haidar Khan, age 38 yrs. r/o Ganjem- Usgao complained that on 26.12.12 at 13.30 hrs,  at Usgao, accused  person Mohammed Ishmit s/o Mohammed Akhtar, age 19 yrs,  r/o Betoda  n/o  U.P. driving  Rickshaw No. GA-02-V-6837, stole  six big old  tyres  and  one  sumo Jeep  tyre  belonging  to him  which  were kept  in an open  public  place  in front of his house  all W/Rs. 10,000/-. ECONOMIC CELL PANAJI:Shri  Edney Herdia  r/o  Edmar House , Ella-Old Goa  complained that  between October 2011  to till date at  Banners Broker India  Ltd. , Alfran Plaza  Panaji,  accused  person  namely  Mrs.  Ana Luisa Onofre Alves Bento  and others induced  him and others to invest  in the  company styled  as  Banners Broker Indi a Ltd. with promise  of high returns and when was entrusted  with his funds  and of other  investors, failed  to provide the promised returns,  misappropriated  the funds  and hence  cheated the him  and other  Goan  investors  to the  tune of Rs.15 lakh approx.  The scheme  of the  company  is also  in the  contravention  of the Prize chits and  money  circulation  schemes ( banning )  Act  1978 . VASCO PS: Vivek Kumar r/o INS Hansa Dabolim complained that on 13.11.12 between 10.00 hrs.  to 11.00 hrs.  at place  not known  unknown  person impersonated  him and  withdrew cash of  Rs. 1,23,140/-  by different  transaction  from the  debit card of SBI, Chicalim  Branch  belonging  to him  through the  internet  thereby  cheated  him  to the  tune of Rs.1,23,140.
